ATTY. JESSIE SALVADOR is serving as the President of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Cavite Chapter for Administrative Year 2025-2027. He is a member of the Philippine Bar since 2018 after passing the 2017 Bar Examinations chaired by then Associate Justice now retired Chief Justice and present Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin. He graduated Bachelor of Laws 1st Honorable Mention at Arellano University School of Law and was conferred the Order of Flaming Arrows (OFA) in 2017. During his law school days, he actively participated the organizations: Arellano Law Academic Society (ALAS), Arellano Law Gazette (ALG), Arellano Law Forensic Guild (ALFG), and the Bar Operations Commission, from 2012 to 2017.
ENGR. JESSIE SALVADOR is serving as officer of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers, Inc. (PICE) Cavite Chapter for years 2024-2025 and 2025-2026. He is a Registered Civil Engineer after passing the Board Exams in November 1999 with a rating of 87.45%. He graduated Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering - CUM LAUDE as a consistent scholar at the Technological University of the Philippines - Manila. He was also a grantee of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Local Scholarship Program Master's Degree Course (LSP-MDC) where he completed his academic requirements for Master of Science in Civil Engineering Major in Structures at the University of the Philippines - Diliman Academic Years 2006-2009.
ATTY./ENGR. JHEZ, as casually known, is a Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB) Recognized Trainer, a Certified National Trainer of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) since 2010, and a Certified Public Procurement Specialist after completing Levels 1 to 3 of the Public Procurement Specialist Certification Course (PPSCC) conducted by the Government Procurement Policy Board Technical Support Office (GPPB-TSO) and the University of the Philippines National Engineering Center (UP-NEC) at Diliman, Quezon City.
In July 2022, he took oath and was accredited as one of the twenty-eight Construction Arbitrators by the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission (CIAC) 10th Batch to help expedite construction disputes that would otherwise be adding to already clogged trial court dockets.
